About the Book Club

The Book Club starts a new season with Rowan Williams’s Being Human, described by Jonathan Sacks as “A marvellous and moving work”. 

The group meets in Providence Church on Wednesday evenings at 7.30, starting on September 13 when Dr Richard Britton and Gordon Stewart will introduce the book and its main themes, then on September 27, October 18 November 1 and Thursday November 16. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available and there is no charge.
